Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006, I freely, voluntarily, and in my own interest give my consent to the processing of my personal data by the organizers of the event, Limited Liability Company "Research Company Exploro" (LLC "RC Exploro") (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").

  • Registration for the Traditional Medicines & Wellness Expo 2026 event
  • Processing of participant applications
  • Communication with participants
  • Informing participants about the event, program changes, and organizational matters
  • Organization of B2B meetings and interaction between event participants
  • Distribution of informational materials related to the event

Processing procedure

The processing of personal data includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (in cases necessary for organizing the event), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.

The processing of personal data may be carried out both with the use of automation tools and without the use of such tools.

The Organizer undertakes not to transfer personal data to third parties, except in cases necessary for organizing the event, complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, or with the consent of the personal data subject.

This consent shall remain effective from the moment the data is provided through the registration form on the website until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved or until the consent is withdrawn by the personal data subject.

The personal data subject has the right to withdraw this consent by sending a corresponding notification to the Organizer's email address.
